Shipping policy
Ten Twelve ships its products worldwide.
Orders placed within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands will be delivered within an estimated period of 2–4 business days after the order is placed, once processed (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, with a maximum handling time of 48 business hours.
International shipments, as well as those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, will be delivered within approximately 3–5 business days from order processing.
