Refund Policy
If you did not fall in love with your garment, you can return it within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
We will only accept items that have not been used or damaged. The buyer must bear the cost of the return in both national and international orders.
Returns are made directly from your profile, in MY ACCOUNT > RETURNS, this will take you to a link where you must put your e-mail and the order number for which you want to make a refund. Or you can access the returns portal from the following link:

Customs costs will be borne by the customer.
Purchases made via bank transfers will be reimbursed exclusively via codes.
If it is necessary to exchange the same item for another size or color, Ten Twelve will bear the costs.
Once we receive the garment in our warehouses and they give us the ok, administration will process the refunds.
Please note that weekends and official holidays may delay the transaction.
Returns arrive at our warehouses once a week and refunds will be processed during the following week. Therefore, within approximately 15 calendar days, the refund will be made or the codes will be active.
Please remember that due to the origin of our products, they may have small irregularities that remind us of the charm of handmade details. All products offered on www.www.tentwelvecollection.com are limited editions.
Forever Vintage
Most Vintage brands do not allow returns, we do because we understand that it may not fit you, and you need to find a new owner, but we do not refund the money but we provide you with a coupon with the amount of the garment, so you can exchange it. for any other product. Please send an email to hello@tentwelvecollection.com indicating the model and your personal data.

Flea Market

Aplazame
Aplazame is an option that we offer you so that you can get your Ten Twelve garments now and you can finance them comfortably in the terms you want. If you have any questions about the process, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@tentwelvecollection.com.
In relation to the returns of the garments purchased through the Aplazame payment method, they will be returned in the same conditions as the garments purchased with other payment methods.
SHIPMENTS
Ten Twelve delivers its products domestically and internationally through the courier company MBE. The purchases made within Spain will be delivered within 2-4 working days after the order has been made (from Monday to Friday, except public holidays).
International shipments will be delivered within 7-9 working days after making the order (from Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Orders made during the weekend or during public holidays will be processed the following working day. Delivery times are approximate and are counted from the moment we process the order; orders are processed in a period no longer than 48 hours since the receipt of the online order.
Shipments for Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands are free of charge for orders over 130€, except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Questions or concerns about fees for international shipments please write to hello@tentwelvecollection.com. We will give you an answer as soon as possible.
Please, bear in mind that shipments to countries/regions outside Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands may have additional import and customs taxes. These will vary according to the country to which the shipment is made and the buyer will be responsible for the charges. We recommend you consult the import offices of your country to avoid unexpected charges.

Cancellation of orders
You can cancel your order within 24 hours by sending an email to hello@tentwelvecollection.com
Refund and return
You will receive the sum through the same form of payment used in your purchase within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of the request for return or withdrawal. In August there will always be 2 weeks where the administration will reduce the holidays and refunds will be made after them.
Security and protection to customers
Personal information is transmitted in an encrypted format SSL. For purchases made with debit and credit cards it is required to introduce the CVV (Card Verification Value), a printed code in the card that is used as a safety method in electronic commercial transactions.
