Refund Policy
If you did not fall in love with your garment, you can return it within 15 natural days since the date of receipt. Please, send an email to hello@tentwelvecollection.com indicating the model and your personal information.
We will only accept items that have not been worn or damaged. The buyer should assume the cost of the return delivery (except orders made from Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands where a free shipping process was confirmed, in this case Ten Twelve Collection will bear the expenses). Our recommendation for customer returns is to do it through certified postal mail. If there is a need to change it for another size or style, Ten Twelve, will assume the expenses.
The refund will be made through the same payment method within 24 hours after receiving the product to our office. Please take note that weekend and official holidays could delay the transaction. Please take into account that due to the origin of our products they may have minor irregularities that are there to remind us of the charm of handmade details. All the products offered at www.tentwelvecollection.com are limited editions.
Forever Vintage
For vintage pieces, they can be returned under the same conditions specified in the previous section. Please, send an email to hello@tentwelvecollection.com indicating the model and your personal information.

Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, if you have any hesitations about your size, please email us to ensure you get what you are needing. As vintage pieces are sold ‘as is’, there may be slight flaws which only add to their story. We do a thorough inspection of each piece prior to listing however there is always room for human error and if this is the case don’t be afraid to say hello and let us know! Aplazame
Aplazame is an option that we offer you so that you can get your Ten Twelve garments now and you can finance them comfortably in the terms you want. If you have any questions about the process, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@tentwelvecollection.com.
In relation to the returns of the garments purchased through the Aplazame payment method, they will be returned in the same conditions as the garments purchased with other payment methods.
SHIPMENTS
Ten Twelve delivers its products domestically and internationally through the courier company MBE. The purchases made within Spain will be delivered within 2-4 working days after the order has been made (from Monday to Friday, except public holidays).
International shipments will be delivered within 7-9 working days after making the order (from Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Orders made during the weekend or during public holidays will be processed the following working day. Delivery times are approximate and are counted from the moment we process the order; orders are processed in a period no longer than 48 hours since the receipt of the online order.
Shipments for Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands are free of charge for orders over 130€, except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Questions or concerns about fees for international shipments please write to hello@tentwelvecollection.com. We will give you an answer as soon as possible.
Please, bear in mind that shipments to countries/regions outside Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands may have additional import and customs taxes. These will vary according to the country to which the shipment is made and the buyer will be responsible for the charges. We recommend you consult the import offices of your country to avoid unexpected charges.

Cancellation of orders
You can cancel your order within 24 hours by sending an email to hello@tentwelvecollection.com
Refund and return
You will receive the sum through the same form of payment used in your purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of the request for return or withdrawal.
Security and protection to customers
Personal information is transmitted in an encrypted format SSL. For purchases made with debit and credit cards it is required to introduce the CVV (Card Verification Value), a printed code in the card that is used as a safety method in electronic commercial transactions.
