Fill out a short form with your budget, occasion, style, and preferences. Every detail is a note in the melody of your style, so tell us everything you need.
2. We get in sync with you
With Mediterranean calm, our team selects the Ten Twelve pieces that best suit your needs. Additionally, we prepare an audio explanation of the consultation, where we explain the "why" behind each choice and the styling principles that guide your look.
3. Enjoy your new garments
Within 48 hours, you will receive a proposal in the form of a draft order, which you can view in your account / orders. You will also receive the audio via WhatsApp at the number you provided in the questionnaire. All that's left is to enjoy your new Ten Twelve garments.

This proposal is not binding. If, after receiving it, you do not wish to place the order, there is no problem. You can cancel the proposed order and place a new one.
However, the €30 service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This is the symbolic cost we assign to our team dedicating their time to understanding your needs and carefully selecting the Ten Twelve treasures that we believe best suit your situation.
