Shipping policy
Ten Twelve ships its products to all European countries.
Orders placed within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands will be delivered within an estimated 2–4 working days after the order has been placed and processed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day, with a maximum processing time of 48 working hours.
International shipments, as well as shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be delivered within approximately 3–5 working days from the processing of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination area and the assigned courier service.
